年次更新費用
海外法人は、セイシェルに限らずどの国でも（米国も英国も）、毎年登記簿の更新を行う必要があります。 具体的には会社が存続していることを証明するために、年次報告書と手数料を支払い、会社存続証明書（Certificate of Good StandingまたはIncumbency Certificate）を発行してもらいます。
セイシェルでは年次報告書の提出義務がない代わりに、年次登録更新費用を支払い、代わりに会社存続証明書（Incumbency Certificate）を発行してもらいます。
この手続きは２年目以降毎年必要ですが、その手続きの代行を７万円で請け負います。
代行料金の中にはセイシェル政府に支払う年次登録更新費と会社存続証明書（Incumbency Certificate）、１年間の代理取締役サービス、１年間の登録代理人サービス、１年間の登録住所貸出、会社存続証明書の郵送費が含まれます。
年次更新費用７万円は高いようですが、日本で法人（株式会社またはLLC）を設立した場合にも法人住民税として毎年最低７万円（市町村民税＋道府県民税）がかかりますので、法人を設立する以上は必要経費とお考えください。
